Return & Refund Policy

At Furvero, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page at furvero.store with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Perishable goods (e.g. pet food/treats)

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Wrong or Damaged Items If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
